Crate ailloli_ui_packaging

Consumer-side desktop packaging for Ailloli UI applications.

The cargo-ailloli-ui binary discovers a consumer package through Cargo metadata, builds or authenticates its executable, probes the embedded application identity, and emits a host-native package plus checksums and a JSON manifest. Packaging is intentionally host-native: this crate does not claim that copying a foreign-target executable is sufficient to create a valid package.
