Crate ailloli_ui_devtools_ui

Ailloli UI widget frontend for DevTools snapshots.

The builder is pure retained-view composition: it does not mutate the snapshot or state. Overlay/right modes use a 560-logical-pixel panel; bottom mode uses a 280-logical-pixel panel. All interactions emit typed DevToolsAction values for the host to reduce.
